Ed and mike cook up a mean meal. The chicken mole burrito is the best I've had in LA. He told me they get the mole straight from Mexico! I always eat their truck when they go to Cliffs of Id rock gym in Culver. Can't go wrong with the tacos either. Gotta love LA.

Most amazing cheese quesadilla. So simple, but so perfect. Crispy, oily corn tortillas, fried, rich jack cheese, soft, flavorful rice and beans, and the yummiest, spiciest red salsa. Affordable and delicious.

A good change from your typical street tacos. Not my favorite but still good. 3.5 stars that I will round up due to their very friendly and nice staff/owner. I got the mushrooms items that were recommended.

Food took at least 20 mins from us ordering to get. People who ordered their food after us got their food right away. This is quite odd from my perspective especially from a food truck. The burrito itself was alright - I think the meat to bean and rice ratio was a little low but it was alright. I don't know if it I would come back here again.

Maybe I'm just not a fan of huitlacoche, as this was my first time trying it.  I found the taco itself to be quite bland and couldn't really taste much of the huitlacoche because the onions overpowered the taste.  At $3 per taco, I found it quite expensive.  The wait time and parking wasn't too bad, but other than that I was pretty disappointed with it overall.
